Dr. Evans is unlike most physical therapists you will typically visit. I've been on the hunt for a great PT for YEARS ever since mine moved out of the state. I've been to Results, Kort, Dunn, and so on and wasn't impressed or feeling my best. Diagnosed with sacroiliitis and left forward pelvic tilt, I have been experiencing debilitating low back/hip stiffness and aching since 2020. Dr. Evans has already changed my life in drastic ways, even as dramatic as it sounds. Being a mother who couldn't sit on the floor to play with her children without pain has been physically and emotionally draining. After completing just 6 sessions with Dr. Evans, I was able to spend time on the beach collecting shells and sifting for shark's teeth for HOURS without pain. My husband even noticed that I wasn't complaining , which is a major win! Dr. Evans doesn't just pass out exercises for you to do at home like most PT facilities. Several modalities are used in his office including PEMF, massage chair, red light therapy, dry needling, trigger point hand work, stability and strength training, and thorough education regarding body mechanics. Yoga and gym sessions are also available. If you're interested in trying out ProActive PT and Wellness, Adrienne will be your first point of communication. She will spend a great deal of time learning about your physical issues and goals for healing. She is so personable and energetic that she makes you feel like anything is attainable and achievable. With each visit she greets you warmly, offers snacks and drinks, and stops what she's doing to get to know you as a person. She is such a great asset to the office! The business they have all grown together is simply amazing and others should take note. My only hope for a better practice is that they were closer to me ! Try them out, you won't regret it.

They are caring and I am not even a patient and they strive to make me comfortable every time I take my sister in law to her appointment. Their office is clean and accommodating for any and all of your needs. They have several different programs that is suitable to any and all needs.

Brandon is a talented physical therapist who thinks outside of the box. Brandon has no quit in him, he will find a solution to your problem and listens to you truly wants to help you. He has helped me after a total knee replacement in only a few visits, after going to 2 different therapy groups with poor results before. The office is inviting as well as the staff. Give Brandon a chance to improve your conditions, you will not be let down or treated like a number.

JUNE 19, 2024I would like to add a post about the wonderful work Dr. Emily Evans has done with my sister in law. She has gone from not even being able to make a cup of coffee to being able to drive and cook for herself!Her mobility and range of motion have improved greatly as has her mental state. She is not experiencing the depression and feeling of being "useless" and on her way to a nursing home. I would highly recommend that if you, or a loved one, is struggling to stay in their home, please reach out! I cannot express how wonderful this program is! I have been with this practice for a few years now, and still think they are THE BEST!!***********I found Dr.Evans after experiencing an injury that resulted in a very painful, immobile shoulder. It was important to me to find a therapist who did not push pharmaceuticals.He took a lot of time to assess the injury, before moving ahead with a treatment plan that was both affordable, and worked with my schedule.He also provided home exercises, and consistent follow up.Thanks to Brandon, I now have the use of my shoulder- without drugs!He is very knowledgeable, caring, and has my highest recommendation!

i can be a very nervous person when doing something new, but everyone at Pro Active made my therapy for my knee and ankle so much less stressful. I have known Brandon since 2019 and have worked with him several times to improve my strength and stability. I came back recently to figure out why I was having shoulder pain. Brandon took the time to test my shoulder to determine what was causing the pain. We then came up with a treatment schedule and exercises that are easy to do anywhere which helps with my busy schedule. Brandon and Adrienne are top notch and they’re there for whatever you need. 10/10 recommend this dynamic duo.

This is a great solution if you are not afraid of hard work. I can’t express how much I LOVE proactive rehab! They’re the most dynamic team. Originally I wanted to expand my knowledge so I could refer my orthopedic patients to their facility. But then I decided to use their services for myself. They have so many options to choose from not limited to only physical therapy but a gym, massage with an emphasis on myofascial tissue release, and even medical grade PEMF therapy which is incredibly healing, it has helped me tremendously. They’re professional yet approachable. You’re not gonna be treated like another patient rather you’ll have high quality care. They truly do care about you!

I feel fortunate to have discovered ProActive! I had hip replacement less than 2 months ago and had had physical therapy while in “rehab” and later at home. I was impressed that so much time was spent to assess my condition and what I desired as a successful outcome of physical therapy. A personalized plan was developed, which I have been following with Dr. Jessica, who is one of the best physical therapists I have ever had. Besides being knowledgeable, she answers questions I have about the exercises. We have a full hour of therapy, unlike home or rehab PT which is usually 40-45 minutes. I can now see myself enjoying yoga again (and getting up from the mat without help). The ProActive environment is always welcoming and bright!

This place is outstanding!! The key is that all of the treatments are custom to your specific needs vs cookie cutter. I was looking for help after an MRI showed 2 herniated disc. I spent 3 months in standard PT with little improvement. I had left leg and heel pain and weakness. I have seen more progress here in 3 weeks than I did before in 3 months!!! I am very active and I want to stay that way. Proactive is committed to keeping me that way!!!!

I met Dr. Brandon at a wellness fair at work. I immediately signed up for custom orthotics for terrible foot pain. The team was amazing! I got in for a full assessment within a week and they helped me understand the root of the pain. My orthotics arrived quickly and feel great! There's some soreness as my feet adjust to being aligned and in the correct position but it's so much less pain than just yesterday. I've already ordered a second pair for dress shoes! So excited to continue partnering with the ProActive team for my complete journey to wellness.

As a 45 year old, lifetime runner who focuses on longer distances, my hips, back, and achilles were starting to reject my efforts. Massage and stretching were not making a difference and I decided to try out Proactive to try something new. I was introduced to Jessica and she was able to quickly identify multiple weak points. Over several weeks, through soft tissue work, exercises, and stretching the running started to get easy again. I’m telling as many people as possible about the Proactive wellness center. Because after being told that I would have to live with and adjust to the pain effects of right shoulder bursitis I was diagnosed with in June, I had set my mind to just that. That was until an HONEST chiropractor told me that I could benefit from PT. Thus began my search and God led me to PROACTIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND WELLNESS, I checked out the website & I made an appointment on line. I received a call from Michelle informing me that my first visit was an assessment and plan and it was complimentary….well my complimentary visit lasted for 2.5 hours in which I was fully educated on my condition, cause and plan to return to normalcy without pain meds. I was so impressed. After the 2nd visit I actually felts so encouraged that I started spreading the word. Dr Brandon Evans “Brandon” and his Wonderful Staff are without exception- the BEST.
